Cultural Homestay International provides our Partner Agents with all necessary information, materials and support for promoting and successfully managing the Short Term Enrichment Program (STEP), International Volunteer Program (IVP), and STEP for Language Centers. Our partners can rely on receiving assistance in the following areas:

- Operational support : we provide you with a detailed Agent's Manual, operations guidelines, and day-to-day advice and counseling. Through constant training and two-way communication we ensure the growth of the STEP, IVP, and STEP for Language Centers and our successful partnership.

- Marketing support : you receive the special CHI Partner marketing materials. We will support and advise you when designing your own marketing tools for promotion of the programs.

- Orientation support : you receive all necessary information for the proper orientation of the participants. In addition we provide all participants with the STEP, IVP, or STEP for Language Schools handbook containing important information and program rules.
