CHI has developed relationships with many local and national businesses in the United States and Canada. Each Host Business offers STEP participants the opportunity to understand its everyday operations and how a North American business is managed.

CHI has also developed relationships with many local and national non-profit organizations (NPO's) and non-governmental organizations (NGO's) in the United States and Canada. Each NPO/NGO offers participants the opportunity to make a difference and volunteer their time for a good cause.
