CHI's Short Term Enrichment Program (STEP) is a visa waiver (B1/B2 tourist visa) program which offers participants the opportunity to experience a business or non-profit operation while enhancing their business English skills. STEP provides the participant with personal rewards on a global scale. Whether experiencing, first hand, the day to day activities of a North American business or volunteering at a local non-profit or non-governmental organization, participants gain a valuable experience, enhance their CV, and improve their English skills.
