The Training Program is for participants who have graduated from university and have one full year of related work experience. Trainees offer valuable professional experience while sharing business practices from their home countries.

Short Term Enrichment

The Short Term Enrichment Program is ideal for those seeking a brief introductory business exposure and desiring to practice English in a practical setting. STEP participants offer cultural diversity to your work environment for a maximum of three months.
