Do you have the qualities to become a CHI Global Partner?

We expect our global partners to share our belief in the power of international work exchange, to understand our mission, and to work for the development and success of CHI's Camp Leaders Program.

CHI's global partners include agencies specializing in work exchange programs, organizations with a background in the area of educational exchange and/or organizations with a focus on youth development and recreation. We expect our global partners to be very well acquainted with the young adult travel market in their countries, with the U.S. Embassy requirements, and with specific issues and features exclusive to their market audience. We want your country expertise and we will listen and trust your opinion!

It is a great advantage for a global partner to have staff members who have participated in the cultural exchange programs or who have had experience working at a camp with children. We encourage this practice for our partners, and they realize the benefits, such as providing the participants with realistic expectations, proper orientation and invaluable assistance with recruitment and screening.

We expect our partners to manage CHI's Camp Leaders Program in compliance with the CHI policy, Agents' Manual and government regulations. We strongly believe that mutual respect and trust are essential factors for a successful partnership.
